This category applies to realtors/business owners looking to list their commercial property/business on MLS. Drone availability is based on location of project, complexity of project and weather at the time of shooting. Drone media will be rescheduled is there are high winds/inclement weather the day of shooting. If building is over 7500 square feet, please add $50 to pricing.
Walk-through & Pics
This package gets you interior & exterior images ready for publishing on MLS and a full Walk-through Video Tour shot in 4k with editing, transitions and music added. Videos are uploaded to YouTube for ease of adding to websites.
Full Package with Elevated Media
This package gets you interior/exterior images ready for publishing on MLS, a full Walk-through Video Tour shot in 4k, ELEVATED pics and video from the drone. Drone & Walk-through videos are edited together with added transitions and music then uploaded to YouTube for ease of adding to websites.
Elevated Media Only
This package is for Elevated Media Only. This includes ELEVATED pics and videos of the exterior of the property only. Videos will be edited together with added transitions, music and text if requested.
All drone media is subject to approval of FAA Rules & Regulations, location, project complexity and weather at time of shooting. Southern Oregon Elevated Media, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone they deem necessary to maintain a safe, happy and healthy business/work environment.
