This package gets you interior & exterior images ready for publishing on MLS/Zillow and a full Walk-through Video Tour Shot in 4k with editing, transitions and music added. Videos are uploaded to YouTube for ease of adding to websites.
Full Package with Elevated Media
This package gets you interior/exterior images ready for publishing on MLS/Zillow, a full Walk-through Video tour shot in 4k, ELEVATED pics and video from the drone. Everything is edited together with transitions and music and uploaded to YouTube for ease of sharing. Elevated Media is subject to approval of Park Rules & Regulations, location and weather.
Elevated Media Only
This package is for Elevated Media Only. This includes ELEVATED pics and video of the exterior of the home and property only. Subject to park rules & regulations, location and weather.
All drone media is subject to approval of FAA Rules & Regulations, location, project complexity and weather at time of shooting. Southern Oregon Elevated Media, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone they deem necessary to maintain a safe, happy and healthy business/work environment.
